PROJECT OVERVIEW
Immersive luxury sales experience
Conceived as an extension of Vista by Mahindra Lifespaces, this experience centre translates premium apartment interiors into a curated, hospitality-led narrative with lounge, meeting zones, and show homes.
Its immersive design drove nearly 80% sales on launch day, demonstrating design’s impact on aspiration.
WAITING LOUNGE
Layered seating with warmth
The experience centre opens into a waiting lounge with linear seating forming parallel clusters, establishing a clear axial orientation within an open plan.
Warm materials, brass inlays, styled shelving, and rugs introduce depth and warmth within a cohesive neutral palette.

CLOSING AREA
Semi-private meeting continuity
The lounge axis extends into the closing area, where mesh partitions form meeting bays with upholstered seating and ambient lighting.
Private discussion rooms support focused interactions.

SHOWFLATS ACCESS
Discreet entry with connection
Aligned along the rear edge of the lounge, two show flats are accessed through independent lobbies, maintaining privacy while remaining visually connected to the main space.

BEDROOMS
Textured warmth and playful layering
The master bedroom features taupe textured walls with grooves and graphic panels forming a continuous art series, with muted furnishings and soft lighting creating controlled warmth.
The children’s room softens into greens and off-whites, with arched niches, rounded furniture, pebble-legged study desks, suspended shelving, and a bold teddy mural defining identity.

3BHK LIVING
Layered accents with contrast
The 3BHK is conceived as an open composition, where living and dining zones are defined by soft beige textured walls.
A deep teal sofa, olive TV unit, fluted sage-green console, and a circular knotted rug add contrast, while patterned wallpaper introduces depth within a restrained modern luxury interior.

MASTER BEDROOM
Sharp contrast with depth
The master bedroom features a steel-blue quilted bed against textured walls with abstract art, while a pistachio cantilevered unit integrates study and TV functions.
An angular suspended light introduces contrast, disrupting the linear vocabulary and adding a sharp, contemporary visual identity.

PARENTS & KIDS BEDROOMS
Warmth meets playful geometry
The parents’ bedroom uses soft beige tones, upholstered bed, HDF paneled walls with softened edges that emulate a fabric finish, veneer tables, and a mirror panel adding warmth and volume.
The children’s room introduces playful graphics, twin beds, a compact study nook, and an angular suspended light adding movement and dynamism.
