A double-height lobby anchors the building, defined by a sculptural wall mural with fluid topographic relief panels that amplify scale and guide the eye upward.
A restrained palette of taupe and beige with marble flooring, textured walls, integrated lighting, and fluted reception detailing creates a composed, understated arrival.

Clubhouse 01 unfolds as a cohesive sequence, from a double-height lobby with framed textures and suspended lighting into a multipurpose hall defined by flexible planning, neutral palette, and cove lighting.
MINI THEATRE

The mini theatre is defined by a deep charcoal and umber palette, where fluted panelled walls and integrated lighting create a layered, immersive envelope.

A layered reception backdrop in warm neutrals, muted greys, and earthy tones, with caramel upholstery, black accents, and greenery, creates a calm, hospitality-inspired setting.
