Wrapped in a muted limestone skin and accentuated by linear bands, the architecture reconciles monumentality with intimacy.

A slow, axial arrival unfolds along a reflecting water body with a central fountain.
A copper-clad canopy defines the entry, while floating walls subtly demarcate private landscape zones from the driveway, maintaining visual continuity while ensuring seclusion.

A triple-height atrium anchoring spatial experience
A grand lobby opens into a triple-height atrium that anchors the home spatially across three levels.
Acting as the plan’s hinge, it visually connects spaces, while integrated storage details add subtle functional precision.
GROUND LEVEL
Formal and family domains in parallel balance
The ground level is structured as interconnected public, semi-private, and private zones, stitched through corridors, courts, and decks.
A formal living leads into a 20-seater dining space designed for large-scale hosting, while a parallel family domain—with its own living, dining, and lounge—offers a more intimate everyday setting, supported by independent kitchens.
UPPER LEVEL
Private suites anchored by a central volume
The upper level shifts into a more inward-looking layout, housing three expansive ensuite bedrooms with walk-in closets, conceived as self-contained suites.
A triple-height atrium anchors the home spatially, while the master suite extends into a more elaborate private realm, complemented by leisure spaces including a home theatre, gym, and a pool opening to decks.
